Shipping policy

All Vallero Goods items are made to order, so please allow a little extra time compared to shopping from a warehouse that already has your item in stock.

Production time: Most orders are printed and prepared within 2-5 business days before they ship.

Shipping time: Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States. International orders can take 10-20 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Total estimated delivery: 7-15 business days from order date for most U.S. orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays: Occasionally, high demand or holidays can add a few extra days to production or shipping. We will do our best to keep you updated if this happens.
